There are simple tricks that you can adopt in providing relief for your strained eyes and in improving your vision.
These tricks include the following:
1. Give your eyes time to rest
Resting your eyes is simple just stay away from the screen of PC, TV or mobile device. Shut your eyes for a few minutes everyday.
2. Keep your prescription glasses in its case
Do you really need your glasses when you are at home? You don’t read constantly right? We are sure not, so keep them away especially when there is no need them.
3. Eye massage is welcomed
Gently rub your eyes socket area and temple for about 2-3 minutes. This massage will ease the stain on your eyes and works great, try it.
4. Apply the 20-20-20 rule

With a warm damp clean cloth gently compress your eye area to relieve the stress and strain of the day. It is preferable that this be done at night when you are relaxed.
7. Improve your diet
Put more carrots and potatoes in your daily meals or any other vegetable or fruit witch is rich with vitamin A. Carrots are good in loosing weight and a great alternative to unhealthy snacks high with cholesterol.
8. You can also exercise your eyes
You can exercise your eyes with charts that are available with sole purpose of providing meaningful exercise to your eyes. This charts are helping you to train your focus and vision and making out objects quicker and more accuracy
