Almost everyone wants to have a flat stomach and toned abs. Although many of us want them, only few actually do something about it. This is because people find it hard to sweat it off and work hard in order to get in shape.
This workout routine is excellent for people who don’t like going to the gym too much, but prefer to exercise at home for faster and better results. The exercises are designed by the famous instructor Mike Chang and they require no special equipment, only strong will and dedication.
The best thing about them is that you can do them at the comfort of your own home, but in the gym as well. They are effective both ways.
Each of the three exercises lasts for 30 seconds and each needs to be repeated 3 times. Pause in between is not necessary as they are very short and can be done under 5 minutes.
