The intestinal system is not just a garbage pipe- it’s where nutrients are extracted from the food we eat and absorbed into our bloodstream via the liver. If we eat unhealthy processed cooked comfort food, it not only has little nutritional value, but it’s acidic to the body, so to protect itself, the body coats the food with mucus. This stuff lines our intestines and forms a hard mucoid plaque which prevents nutrition from getting into our body. We eat and eat, get fat and are still starving. (or skinny and not able to absorb nutrients)
Parasites and bacteria start feasting on the accumulating garbage and slowly the body dies. This needs to stop. We need to clean out completely and start clean.

The colon -cleanse we share with you is rich in fibers, nutrients, and vitamins. Apples are high in soluble fiber that keeps you feeling fuller longer and normalizes the stool.
Rich in fiber, flax seeds are great for colon cleansing too. They will help you pass food and reduce the risk of colon cancer as well. Additionally, flax seeds are rich in the healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
Chia is not just a grass pet from the 90s. Chia seeds are full of nutrients and vitamins that your body will absorb while cleansing away the toxins. They also keep you fuller longer, which should eventually result in weight loss. Chia seeds also contain Omega-3 fatty acids that keep your heart pumping strong.
Apple Colon Cleanse
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (ground is easier to digest than whole)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup water
Method of preparation:
- Blend all ingredients together except the chia seeds.
- Then, pour the mixture into a drinking glass and add the chia seeds.
- Stir the drink until the chia seeds have started expanding (approx. 5 minutes)
When consuming fiber-rich foods such as apples, it is important you drink a lot of water!
