Every one of us have different routines but one of them is actually mutual to all of us and that is the making the bed in the morning after we wake up. Since we were children our parents showed us that routine but it turns of that this is not quite a good thing after all.
A research showed that making the bed right away after getting up is unhealthy and can transfer million dust mites inside the mattress and sheets.
This kind of dust mites are in fact bugs only detectable on microscope and they feed of our dead skin cells and sweat, they reproduce quickly and live in our bed, sometimes sheets and pillows.
Up to 1.5 million dust mites live in an average bed, that is also scientifically proven and the real issues begin to emerge when antibodies are increased and the body is releasing histamine. Histamine on the other hand is linked with allergies. If you unexpectedly start sneezing, coughing, having red and watery eyes, nose, etching or even have trouble with the respiratory system then you definitely have contacted with it. Itchy marks can appear on the skin also, but this case is rare, but not impossible.
The key of getting rid of them is actually very easy. Do not make your bed right after you get up. The dust mites will be exposed on sunlight and of course fresh air and soon they will be eliminated. Wash often your sheets at least once every two weeks and don’t make your bed until the late evening. Everything will be destroyed by the air and light and you will live and sleep with healthy surroundings.
