If you purchased a large root, just grate the needed amount and the rest can be refrigerated in aluminum foil net to the rest of the veggies. To keep it fresh for 3 weeks at least, mix it with 4 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp sugar..or vinegar instead of lemon. Keep it this way in a jar.
Weight loss recipe
- 125 gr horseradish
- 3 lemons (before using them, put them in a container with water and add 1 tbsp vinegar for 10 minutes to let it sit)
- 3 tbsp honey
Take the 125 grams horseradish and blend it nicely. Then to the blender pot add the unpeeled lemons, without their seeds, and keep blending. Add the honey and again blend.
One tsp, twice daily with meals, for at least 3 weeks.
