This may occur after a heavy meal, but some people feel bloated all the time. The reasons for this are as follows:

-You don’t drink enough water.

Many health problems arise as a result of dehydration. This is amplified if you drink more coffee or alcohol. So, be sure to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.

When the body is deprived of water, it will use all possible fluids from the body to which it can come, and swelling occurs because of the fluid retention.

 

-Constipation

If you do not empty your intestines enough or have constipation, it means you are not getting enough fiber in your diet. Thereby, your intestines released gases that exacerbate the condition.

Use whole wheat bread instead of white; drink plenty of fruit and vegetable juices.

 

-Stress

This condition can be caused also by stress. In this situation, your brain prevents the digestive system to function properly. Once you get rid of stress, you will solve the problem of puffiness.

 

-Eating too fast

When food is no good chewed, the body begins to process and breaks down slowly and may appear bloating. Also, it is important to eat smaller portions into smaller morsels.

 

 -Consuming of too many carbohydrates

Puffiness can also occur due to the intake of too many carbohydrates. This problem you will solve by reducing them. Replace sugar with fruit and vegetables.
