3-DAY MILITARY DIET TO LOSE 10 LBS IN 3 DAYS

We all know that how difficult a military life is. Especially for the lazy people like me it is like a nightmare. I wanted to join military but I cannot sacrifice my love for food and sleep. But if you really want to lose 10 pounds in three days, try this three-day military diet. I am not kidding girls, it is the tried one. I will tell you the reasons too that why it works.

First Rule Of The Diet

As it is a military diet, the first rule of the diet is discipline. Otherwise you might end up adding 10 pounds. Stick to the given diet chart for three days. I am not asking you to follow it for whole life. It is just a matter of three days! Please do follow it from your heart.

Second Rule

The only liquid you strive for is should be only water. Don’t you ever think of taking sips of aerated drinks or alcohol based drinks between the diet regime.

Crunching Between The Meals Is Prohibited

I know we fatty people have a bad habit of crunching then and now something. Our mouth never stops chewing something and especially when it comes to make food delicious with the seasonings, nobody can tell better than us. But dear, you have to stop all these things and stick to salt and pepper seasoning.

Day One Menu

Breakfast: You can only take foods that are shown in the image.

Lunch: A cup of coffee or tea with caffeine, 1/2c tuna, 1 slice bread or a toast

Dinner: 3ounce of any type of meat for the required fat, 1 cup of green beans for proteins, 1 small apple, 1/2 banana, and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream as a treat for the whole day strict diet regime.

Day Two Menu

Breakfast: 1 cooked egg with your choice of recipe, a slice of bread, and a half banana.

Lunch: Do not cheat. Only have foods that are shown in the image.

Day Three Menu

Breakfast: Five saltine crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese, and one small apple.

Lunch: 1 cooked egg with your choice of recipe, a slice of bread or a toast.
