- 4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 cm root ginger
Put the ginger and the horseradish in a blender and blend them well. Then add the honey, cinnamon and squeezed lemon juice and mix them together. Store the syrup in a glass jar.
