Chickpea Flour Face Pack

The chickpea flour face pack will remove the dead skin cells and the excess hair. Moreover, it will lighten the skin.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of chickpea flour
  • 1 tablespoon of milk cream
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of milk
  • ¾ teaspoons of turmeric

Instructions:

Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients and apply this thick paste on your face. Let it act for 20 minutes. Then, scrub the paste with a facial loofah pad or simply a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water. Repeat the treatment 3-4 times a week for about a month.

Green Gram Flour and Rose Water

This natural remedy will exfoliate the skin, remove the facial hair, and treat acne.

Ingredients:

  • ½ tablespoon of rose water
  • 2 tablespoons of green gram flour
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients well until you get a fine paste. Then, apply the paste on your face and let it act for 20-25 minutes. Finally, scrub it off. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times a week.

Homemade Sugar Wax

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar (brown or white)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of water

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients and heat it in a microwave or on a stove for about half a minute. You should get a brown mixture. Then, let it cool down and apply it to the area where you want to remove the hair using a spatula. Next, place a cloth strip over the sugar wax and smooth it out with your fingers in the direction of the hair growth. Finally, rip the cloth strip off in the opposite direction of hair growth.

Spearmint Tea

The hirsutism is also associated with excessive production of androgen in the body. The spearmint tea can help regulate hormone levels and help with hirsutism. Therefore, you should boil a cup of water, add one teaspoon of dried spearmint or 5 fresh spearmint leaves to it. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Finally, strain and drink the tea. You should drink two cups of tea a day.

Lemon Juice and Honey Mask

This sticky mask will remove the facial hair and exfoliate the dead skin cells. Additionally, it will leave your skin soft, lightened, and moisturized.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

Combine the ingredients and apply the mixture on your face. Let it act for 15- 20 minutes. Then, use a washcloth soaked in lukewarm water to remove the mask. Repeat the treatment at least twice a week for a couple of months.

Egg, Sugar and Corn Flour

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • ½ tablespoon of corn flour

Instructions:

First, whisk one egg white and add the other ingredients. Then, apply the mixture to your face and let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Finally, peel it off. Repeat the treatment 3-4 times a week.

Lentil Face Pack

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of red lentils
  • milk, as needed

Instructions:

You should grind and sieve the red lentils until you get a fine powder. Then, add sufficient milk to make a paste. Let it act for 15 minutes and then scrub it off. Repeat 2-3 times a week.

Turmeric

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder
  • milk or rose water

Instructions:

Mix the turmeric powder with enough milk or rose water to make a paste. Then, apply the paste to your face and allow it to dry. Next, scrub it off. Finally, dip a cotton ball in milk and rub it on your skin to remove the yellow coloration on your skin.

Papaya

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of papaya pulp
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

Instructions:

Mix the papaya pulp with the milk and apply it on your face. Leave it for 10 minutes and then wash it off. Repeat 3-4 times a week.
